Elmamotion watch movers are particularly good for watches with lunar phases and eternal calendar. The watches will not stop even when stored over longer periods . Every 30 minutes the unit automatically switches on and operates for 6 minutes changing the sense of rotation for each operating cycle. This allows perfect winding up of both watches with changing rotors and single winding device.
What makes Elmamotion special?
The Elmamotion displays the stored watches under a large sloping window. Nothing blocks the view of the beautiful collector's pieces. The cover can be folded up completely and so makes the placing in and taking out of watches very easy. The combination of exclusive materials such as pear wood, black lacquer and leather will please any watch collector's eyes. The elegant Elmamotion cases fit perfectly into classy interior decoration. The box inside is lined with black suede and the bottom side is covered by soft felt so there is no risk of scratch marks on precious furniture. How the Elmamotion technology improves its efficiency.
The drive works with ball bearing gear motors. The unit operates at an extremely low noise level and a long faultless and maintenance-free service life is guaranteed. During mains supply operation the batteries are automatically switched off which prolongs the service life of the batteries.
The unit can be operated in cycle or permanent operating mode. The unit can be switched over to cycle operating mode after 1 hour permanent operation, even for watches that had stopped completely. The winding period is sufficient for all known types of watch. The alternating sense of rotation ensures that automatic watches with both left-handed and right-handed function will be wound up.
Elmamotion watch movers allow all three winding-up types: right-handed, left-handed, both.
The supporting arms cannot damage the watch straps. They can be removed and fit for almost all watches. The Elmamotion technology is not susceptible to gumming of the lubricating oils. Watches with lunar phases need not be readjusted. Service and repair is reduced to a minimum.

*Elmamotion operates in winding-up intervals of approx. 6 minutes each, alternating with idle phases of approx. 30 minutes each. After each operational break the unit starts a new wind-up interval automatically changing the sense of rotation. This guarantees that even watches with only left-hand or right-hand winding-up device are reliably wound up.
**In this operating mode the unit operates without breaks. Every 30 minutes the unit automatically changes the sense of rotation. The unit can be switched over into cycle operating mode after one hour. This will help to increase the service life of the batteries, as these have a higher power consumption during permanent operation.
